Delivery & Local Collection

We aim to dispatch every parcel within 3 working days.  In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed we will contact you through the email provided at checkout. Currently we only provide shipping within the UK.

Delivery costs £3.95 and will be sent via tracked service.

All orders will be dispatched to the delivery address that is specified by you so please ensure that this is correct at checkout.

If you live locally to Home by Holly (SA12 postcode) you can select to collect your order from us directly, please select this option and checkout so you will not be charged a delivery fee.

Returns

We hope that you will always love your order, however if you do wish to return your order or in the unlikely instance that your item is faulty you can do so within 7 of purchase, the return address will be provided on the order confirmation.

We will be happy to offer a refund for the full purchase price excluding the original postage cost once items are received from you unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us, for this reason we recommend that you return goods using registered post. Please include your name in the returned parcel.

The return postage is the responsibility of the customer, we ask that you please keep hold of the receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund.

If your order is damaged in transit please contact info@homebyholly.co.uk  as soon as possible so we can notify the carrier. You will be asked to email a photograph of the damaged items and the original packaging so we can provide proof to the carrier in order for us to be issued with a refund which we will then pass onto you.
